You’ll join a dynamic, multicultural team spread across Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Bucharest (Romania), and Johannesburg (South Africa). With 21 languages spoken across the department, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a truly international environment.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing breakdowns across Europe. You’ll take full ownership of each case, coordinate with dealers, and keep customers informed throughout the process. You’ll use your language skills and problem-solving mindset to ensure every customer feels supported and confident in our service.
