Your new role
As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer Connected Services, you will be the first point of contact for the dealers and customers worldwide regarding technical support and diagnostics related to connected services. You will resolve technical and diagnostic issues concerning connectivity challenges and collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as dealers, designers, and product engineers. Using different applications and technical documentation, you will provide quick and effective solutions. Additionally, you will analyze recurring customer inquiries to help improve service quality.
Your profile
You have a technical background with a strong interest in automotive technologies, connectivity, telematics, and fleet management systems. You are skilled in interpreting technical documentation and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You enjoy troubleshooting, including remote diagnostics. You are fluent in English and at least one other European language. Experience working as a technician in a dealership environment is a plus. You are flexible and willing to work in shifts, as the support operates 24/7.
