Your new role in this job
You work as part of the uptime coordination team where you give road assistance to drivers. You do this by acting as the link between customers, drivers and dealers in order to find the best solution to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. You identify suitable solutions for logistical and technical issues related to the breakdown and monitor progress until the repair is completed. You proactively keep all the different parties up-to-date about the progress. You work in a dynamic and international environment with colleagues from all over the world.
What you will need to succeed
For this customer service support role, fluency in mainly Czech and English with ideally another Eastern European language like Russian, Polish or Lithuanian. You are customer-oriented with good communication skills. You have solid MS Office skills and, after intensive training, you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night, weekend).
